Stay & Sail! Overnight Live-Aboard Experience in Bonaire
This is a unique and exclusive opportunity to stay aboard Sailing Catamaran Lost Cat and experience the live-aboard life. Your hosts are James & Julia Cognito, from the "Life at 8 Knots" series on YouTube.
Note: We only offer this unique experience once a month. Inquire early!
On day one you will arrive to enjoy dinner, cocktails, and a stunning sunset aboard our 43' private catamaran. You will have your own private cabin with queen bed. Wake up refreshed and ready to take on the new day's adventure!
In the morning you will enjoy a full breakfast while the Captain sets the itinerary for the day to include sailing, snorkeling, and visiting Bonaire’s remote locations.
Captain James is also a certified PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer. For an additional cost, diving is available and must be arranged prior to arrival.
Special consideration: We do have a cat on board, Kirby. He is well trained and even uses our toilet to go to the bathroom, which means no stinky kitty litter. If you are allergic to cats, please take this into consideration!

We're the Cognitos! We moved aboard our sailing catamaran, Lost Cat, at the start of the pandemic and have been travelling the world ever since. We landed in Bonaire in July 2021 and we love it here. We are excited to host you aboard our private yacht for an exclusive B&B experience you'll never forget!
Why they chose this property
Our catamaran is spacious, comfortable, and always clean! It is 43' long by 25' wide. There are 3 cabins total, with 2 queen-sized cabins made available to you during your stay. We are moored (anchored) right up in front of the main strip of Kralendijk, the Capital of Bonaire so it is very easy to get to our boat.
What makes this property unique
Where else can you stay right ON the water and experience all the ocean offers from both above and below? We only offer this experience once a week, checking in on Thursday (4:00 p.m.) and checking out 24 hours later after a full day of sea excursions. Come sail, snorkel and scuba with us!
