Beautiful Palm Trees Retreat Ranch House

Home is on a 1 acre lot, surrounded by palm trees in all directions. House can sleep up to 16 people. Lots of space, nice for barbecues, small gatherings and has many citrus trees. Very close to the city and walking distance to a Augustine casino. Just 4 miles away is the Polo Grounds(location of festivals Coachella fest/ stage coach), HITS Coachella Desert Circuit Horse Show 2miles, Indian Wells Tennis Garden(BNP Paribas) 11 miles, Josua Tree National Park 35 miles.

Space and place is a very special and spacious place for a weekend getaway with family and friends to relax and enjoy our beautiful mountains and palm tree views, 2 night minimum. This place can also be booked for your small personal event like small wedding, anniversary, bridal shower, baby shower etc. For special event; booking needs to state minimum 3 night stay. There will be an extra separate charge for event fee which gives you permission for late check-out 3pm. Property needs to be left as found. Please disclose to host if you are having a small event, date of event, time, and amount of guests attending event. Owner has a right to stop the event if guests are not honest at booking. There is a charge of to heat up pool and jacuzzi.

Literally located in the middle of a date palm orchard. Although it appears set up for larger events we found if very cozy for eight old friends.

Great Host, Amazing CA Getaway!

Situated on a block without neighbors, this gave us the feeling we were on our own private land surrounded by beautiful Palm Trees. The owner, Lupita, was quick to respond and very accommodating of our group. I highly recommend this listing and hope to be back soon.

Fantastic Family Holiday Stay!

We stayed with our extended family over Thanksgiving and had several teen boys to entertain. We picked this home due to all the amenities. It exceeded our expectations and everyone in our family had a great time. The host was very responsive when we did need anything. Our family would definitely choose this property in the future. The pictures do not convey how beautiful it is.

Great Birthday Celebration!

My family of four stayed at the beautiful house to celebrate my father’s 80th birthday. It was great! We had plenty of room with the four bedrooms and five bathrooms (two en suite and even one outside). The pool and spa were heated and we used them every day. Very peaceful area and a lot of space on the grounds. Beautiful lights at night. Definitely recommend!

Short weekend trip with the fellas

Had a short dad trip with 10 other adults and the property was surprisingly bigger than expected. There is a lot of space in the front yard and just the amount of space in the back yard. Lots of beds so hopefully you do not mind bunking with someone. There are only 2 showers, but we were able to make it work. Everyone enjoyed their time, and it had all the amenities you needed. The scenery is beautiful and peaceful. I do recommend bringing bug spray if you plan on hanging outside a lot. I would most certianly stay here again.
