Lovely house for a large family, close to the ocean for an iodized vacation!

Pretty house of 159 m² on enclosed, spacious and wooded land of 1000 m². Pleasantly arranged in a very quiet and protected street, near the Boulevard de la Forêt for access to the beaches (300m) and very close to the Avenue de la Plage (shopping avenue) only 1 short kilometre. Its location is exceptional, you will do everything on foot or by bike (don't forget them!). A real iodized holiday where nature is the master of the place, the activities and visits are rich in our South Vendée. We will guide you on the activities in the area. But before you escape, you will enjoy the places present. The Presqu'île stretches along the ocean, facing the Ile de Ré, between three Nature Reserves: the Bay of Aiguillon, the Reserves of St Denis and the Pointe d'Arçay (where the house is located). You are in a paradise for migratory birds. The "End of the World" bathed in maritime pines and ocean air is available to you.

Unless otherwise stated, services, such as sheets, towels etc... are not included in the price of this rental. Pets are not allowed or only with express authorisation / an extra charge of 25€ / week will be requested.
