About the host
Hosted by KRISTINA WEIGEL
My husband and I are both retired public school science teachers who love Cape May! We enjoy birding and named it Red Knot Farm after the birds who stop over in Cape May to feast on horseshoe crab eggs during spring migration.
Why they chose this property
Everyone who has stayed has loved the expansive screen porch! This farmhouse was built in 1850 has been renovated and has beamed ceilings and lots of windows. The large barn on premises and gardens adds to the ambience.
What makes this property unique
The amazing screen porch which extends the length of the home is amazing for dinners and family conversation is highlighted by almost all guests. A quiet, peaceful setting yet close to everything Cape May has to offer. Vegetable, berry and flower gardens.
