Apartment:
The apartment has an area of 40m² and is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. It is located on the top floor of a terrace house. Access to the Herroh ski area is at the door. The living room is equipped with two sofa beds and a dining area as well as a TV armchair and a dining table and of course a large LCD flat screen. The kitchen is luxuriously equipped with everything you need: stove with oven / microwave; Dishwasher; Coffee machine; Kettle and an XXL fridge with separate freezer. The cozy winter dream is the bedroom for children or young-at-heart adults and is equipped with two comfort mattresses. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. You can sunbathe on the large terrace / loggia with guaranteed sunshine from 8 a.m. to around 6 p.m. There is also a basement for storing skis and a parking space.
Location:
The house is only a 2-minute walk from the ski carousel / Herrloh. Only the street "Am Waltenberg" has to be crossed and you are in the middle of the ski area or on the toboggan slope. The center of Winterberg is very easy to reach in about 5 minutes on foot.
This apartment is wonderfully located in Winterberg in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Sauerland. In summer you can enjoy wonderful (Nordic) hiking, tobogganing and mountain biking. You can also go on excursions to the various beautiful villages with half-timbered houses. A few minutes from your apartment is the spa park, the bike park with various challenging routes, a shopping center with supermarket, and a swimming pool. After enjoying the fresh air for a whole day, you can relax with a drink and a meal in one of the cozy cafés and restaurants. There is a disco for young people where you can dance wonderfully. You can rent the following extras on site: mountain bike, women's and men's bike, carving ski incl. Ski boots and snowboard.
Important ! Bed linen / sheets and towels (duvets and pillows available) must be brought or can be ordered for € 7.50 per person. Laundry package is to be paid on site.
