Familienurlaub nach Ostern

Leider sind wir extrem enttäuscht. Wir hatten uns auf einen Familienurlaub gefreut, jedoch wurde die Freude schnell getrübt, da das Ferienhaus total verdreckt war. Auf den Böden lagen überall Tierhaare und der Dreck der Vormieter war noch deutlich zu erkennen. Wir haben die Vermietung zeitnah darüber informiert und um eine Lösung gebeten. Leider wurde zunächst auf keine Email reagiert. Erst nach mehreren Anrufen, bei den man über 20 Minuten in der Warteschleife hing, erreichten wir jemanden, der uns bat Fotos mit den Verunreinigung zu schicken. Dies taten wir dann auch. Das Angebot seitens der Agentur war nur, dass wir die Endreinigung zum halben Preis bekommen könnten. Eine Frechheit in unseren Augen. Wir sind keine peniblen Menschen, jedoch war das einfach nur eklig. Unter einem erholsamen Urlaub stellen wir uns etwas Anderes vor.
