Washer-dryer, dishwasher, hairdryer, TV, wireless, small stove with a microwave and hot air, comfortable couch with sleeping function and 1.40 m bed.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2015: new furniture, new bed, new washer dryer, new TV, new dishwasher, new refrigerator with freezer.
The apartments is separately accessible via a side entrance. It belongs to a private terrace.

We loved our stay here! It had everything we could need for a small apartment. Easy. Heck in and check out. We didn’t use the washer/dryer or dishwasher but it was nice to know they were there. Loved having board games and Netflix after long days of touring. Location is amazing with hiking trails around Nanstein castle! Also appreciated the info provided in English and German about local hikes, restaurants, etc! Highly recommend

Very good location for me in Landstuhl. Quiet neighborhood with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Highly recommend it for anyone who needs a reasonably priced placed with a convenient location. Will definitely hope to rent this location again next year.

the property is in excellent condition modern and perfect. The owners thought of everything in both a binder of English and binder of German. The property check in and check out process was not set to specific times instead when you got there and when you left. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Einfach Schön - Simply Fantastic

Wir haben unser Zeit in den Ferienwohnungen sehr genossen. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden (insgesamt Kaffeemaschine). Wir sind nett begrüßt mit Radler/Erfrischungsgetränke/ Seckt. Herr und Frau Beck haben schnell auf alle unsere Fragen reagiert. Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus. Einfach schön. A very nice place to stay. We were greeted with a beer, soft drinks and wine laid out for us. The apartment had everything we needed. The area is beautiful and just a short walk to the historic Naanburg castle. Mr.and Mrs Beck reacted quickly to answer all our questions. Parking was no problem as there were parking spaces belonging to the house. Simply fantastic.

Great stay on the Melkerei

The stay here was great! I didn't realize how easy it was to walk down the hill into Landstuhl to eat, shop or hang out at a bar. 10 minutes was all I needed to walk down from Burg Nanstein to get a bite. Nice quiet area and the room was very clean and bigger then it looked in the pictures. Thank you!

This is an idea and very comfortable apartment with all the necessary amenities. Reasonably priced close to the Landstuhl Castle. Beautiful back yard area. The owners are ready available and have left detailed information about the area and utilization of the property. This is well suited for visitors or for folks that may be on temporary work assignment to the area.

The apartment was Very clean! Elisabeth met me and took her time explaining everything,,,,Even though I was late and she had to wait on me. Nice location away from the city and close to Burg Nanstein. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. There was a welcome book that was useful. Everything you need for your stay is in the place. I would rent again if ever back in the area. Thanks to Alexander and Elisabeth.
