Magnificent Magnolia Pointe

Our stay at Magnolia Pointe was wonderful! Our unit was superbly decorated, very well equipped and super clean. The location was out of the hustle and bustle, yet very close to many attractions, shopping and the beach. Aside from a noisy tenant above our unit ( no fault of our host), we have no complaints, and we highly recommend this home.

The accomodations were amazing! The home was super clean and had EVERYTHING a person on vacation would need. I literally only had to purchase food! The home was quiet and pest free! Perfect place to stay

The pictures are very accurate of the unit. Plenty of space for my family and the location was perfect, close to everything. I have nothing but great things to say about this space. My mom couldn't stop talking about wanting to go back to stay there again. Clean, well decorated with everything we needed to make it feel like how. Id recommend this place to everyone.

Great Get Away

We just returned from a thirty day stay in Myrtle Beach. This condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, spacious and had everything you would need for a vacation. The screened in porch was an added option with a wonderful view that we used every day. The proximity to all attractions and beaches were within a ten-mile radius. You will not be disappointed with this rental.

Home away from home

Perfect all around for our family! The condo was everything it promised. Clean, well stocked with everything from coffee pods to laundry detergent. Spacious rooms and closet space for actual unpacking and settling in for a week. Throw blankets for relaxing on the couches. The screened in porch had a beautiful view of the lake and perfect for coffee in the morning or a drink at the end of the day. Pool was the perfect size and a close walk. Property management couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive. Will definitely go back again!

Nice Condo

Condo was clean and as advertised in the pictures. No issues at all with the condo itself. Note to anyone renting, be sure to have your bracelets for the pool. Security is aggressive in checking those. One minor issue...Apparently, we were making too much noise at night and someone below us complained. We had security pounding on our door and scared everyone in the condo, because we weren't expecting any guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, despite the security staff issues.

Outside of building was nice. Our condo was so so dirty. House keeper should be fired. Will probably never use this company again. Wasn’t equipped at all. My husband and I cleaned it ourselves.

Beautiful accomodations; perfect location

We had a wonderful week long stay from Christmas Eve to NYE. The accommodations were just as pictured - lovely. We were centrally located to family members who live nearby making it easy to visit with them at their homes and the many dining options in the area. We were just far enough away from the touristy area yet still very convenient when we wanted to check out the beach (although it was soooo cold the start of the week lol). We brought in groceries but there were some pantry items in the cabinet in a pinch (ie., a few splenda we used and left our new box behind to replenish for next guests). There were also some soda and water in the fridge too provided by our host. Parking was never an issue. Location was quiet. Art was very responsive with any questions we had. We would stay here again for sure. My husband loved it so much he'd like to buy in that complex for our retirement!

Super great property with all you need!

The car no what’s beautifully, decorated and very clean. The location was also great. It was too cold for us to enjoy the pool, but it looked beautiful. The kids were really excited about the sodas that were in the fridge for us. The property manager was easy to communicate with, and was also very prompt in responding. Would definitely recommend for a family.

Great location and the space was wonderful. Especially nice that host provided all necessary amenities, such as laundry detergent, coffee packets, etc. Host also allowed access to the room upon our early arrival. That was nice. One small problem was handled and corrected immediately. Overall, could not have been more pleased.

Stellar Condo

This property was immaculate, had beautiful updates, and an overall pleasure to stay in. The hosts were very communicative, and the rental was close to everything we needed. The beach was a 10 minute drive, and there’s so many stores close by within five minutes drive. When we first walked in the unit we were struck by how beautiful the kitchen and the dining room are. We highly recommend this unit and would absolutely stay there again!
