About this property
Inn at Park Spring 1 - Self Check In - Parking
Location, Location, Location! Welcome to The Inn at Park Spring! Formerly the Park Spring Bed & Breakfast, we dropped the breakfast to serve VRBO guests near and far as a boutique hotel.
ROOM 1: This traditionally appointed room features original hardwood floors on which a queen size bed sits. Adding to the comfort of this bright & sunny room is two sitting areas & a marble ensuite bathroom (w/ double shower heads!). The room also comes with one off street parking spot a block away.
The space: This historic home was built in the early 1800s and has served many purposes. What started as a single family home turned into an antique store, then converted to a rooming house, morphed into a bed and breakfast in the 1980's, and dropped the breakfast to serve VRBO guests near and far.
The location of the Inn at Park Spring cannot be beat. We are located downtown, just a half mile walk to the center of the Old Port. Our neighborhood offers you a central spot located in the heart of the arts district, on the edge of the tranquil west end neighborhood, and just a stones throw to museums, art galleries, theaters, restaurants, shops, and bars.
With just six guest rooms, our inn offers a peaceful stay, satisfying social guests or those seeking solace. Each private room, with private ensuite bath, is furnished with a queen sized bed, white noise machine, a reading chair (or couch depending on the room), and a mini fridge.
A Smart TV is provided should guests have their own streaming services. *no cable or streaming service is provided by the host*
Five guest rooms share the sitting room located on the first floor which has a coffee station and luggage nook for guests who need storage before and/or after check out.

This was a lovely Inn! Our stay was absolutely perfect! From the amazing communication regarding parking and other details to the character and cleanliness of the Inn, we loved every minute. The recommendation they provided for The Little Tap House was a huge bonus for us to have a relaxing evening and great dinner close to the Inn. We would definitely stay here again!
We are local people from Kennebunk but have used this location numerous times to do a stay vacation and take in some sites of portland and supporting locals this place is perfect!
Great clean room with a perfect location for walking to the harbor and other attractions.

Beautiful area, everything walkable. the room and the lobby are beautifully furnished and feel cozy. The host is responsive and we had a wonderful stay. I definitely recommend this place!
Awesome little spot, close to food and coffee! Was in town for a short business trip, check in was a breeze, communication was clear, no problems at all! The building itself was really awesome too, btw.

Owners were easy to communicate with and gave great instructions. The area is very nice and we had easy access to get to the highways to drive down the coast of Maine and to New Hampshire. The room was good as well. Having dedicated parking spaces was also a huge plus.
We had a great time! The property was beautiful and well maintained. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and linens. The shared space included a coffee machine, microwave, and dishes which we did use. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Walking distance to amazing restaurants and the waterfront. The included parking was great, about a block away.
Absolutely adorable! We loved our room. Location is perfect - it’s walking distance from downtown. Parking downtown looked like a nightmare so it was nice to not have to deal with that.
The bed was comfortable, it was nice to have the mini fridge. Would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent location with easy walk to Old Port, arts district, west end. Room is very comfortable, clean and quiet. I found this on VRBO and would note that it is NOT a typical VRBO stay as it has no kitchen or living space. THere is a small fridge in the room and a microwave and coffee maker in a common room…fine for a short stay.
Katrina was great! She sent all necessary information a day before- home was easily accessible and parking was across the street.
We went to a show at Cross Insurance Arena and it was within walking distance- can’t recommend this place enough!
We use Vrbo a lot and this was the easiest check-in. It was nice to have the extra shared sunny space in the front of the inn which had a microwave, coffee maker, tea and utensils. The fridge in the room; the off-street parking and the large shower were a bonus. The location was perfect. The only thing missing was it would have been nice to have drawer space for clothing but they did have hanger space. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to portland.
