Lovely neighborhood halfway between the Royal Gardens and Rosenborg Castle Gardens. Gothersgade stretches from Kongens Nytorv to the Copenhagen Lakes, where you can get on both the Copenhagen City Heart or Nørrebro.

You have easy access to all of Copenhagen from this apartment.

In this area there are many small cozy and great restaurants as many "tourists" have not spotted yet, so a good and nice place to explore.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in building with elevator.

For long term stay there is option for acquisition of parking place.

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

Lot of nice natural lighting in apartment. Central location. The apartment had a bit of residual cigarette smoke smell, wasn’t terrible but might bother someone who is sensitive to it.

This property came as advertised. My daughter loved having her own room and the sofa bed was quite comfortable. We were a short walk from everything we wanted to see within Copenhagen, including two grocery stores! I couldn’t find the laundry room but, I didn’t need it or look very hard. We would definitely stay here again!

Why only good and not excellent? Because it's too noisy between 2h00 ans 5h30 due of youthness who drink too much and are noisy in the street. Except this, the appartment is very well localisated, in the center of all interesting sites. Very comfortable appartment where you find all things you have need. A.I.C is véry serious agency but they must check cleaning because when you pay 115€ for 4 days it must be out of reproach

The apartment was in a great location to walk around Copenhagen, but it stunk of stale smoke even though it stated as a non smoking place. We had to leave the windows open all night, which made it very noisy as there are restaurants and bars below that stay open until 5am.

De locatie van het appartement was geweldig. Zeer centraal. Het appartement is ook heel ruim. Helaas rook het er ontzettend vies. Een schrale lucht. In de beschrijving heb ik ergens gelezen dat het voorheen een rokers appartement is geweest maar dit was heel vies. De lucht zat niet alleen in de meubels maar ook in het bed en hoofdkussen.

I spent a week at this apartment and the location could not have been better. Most of the major sights are easily reached by foot. Good sized bathroom. Agree with other reviews about the noise at night. This wasn't a bother to me but could be an issue for those looking for a quieter getaway. The main issue for me which makes the overall rating Good instead of Excellent is that I found the bedding and pillows to be pretty worn out and a little unsure of the cleanliness. This was a bit disappointing considering the price of the rental and the cleaning surchage added. Overall it was a pleasant stay in an amazing city!!
