Dirty floors and cold pool

We have stayed at Hyde 4 times. This unit was filthy and in need of a deep cleaning. The walls were beat as the room smelled. I messaged the owner but the floors were never cleaned. The 6th floor pool was cold due to a broken heater.

Disappointing Stay

Property was dirty, lights bulbs were burnt out, back door handle was broken, faucet was broken, oven didn’t work. Management was awful and told us the unit had to be serviced by the owner. Stay away
