Lovely home. Perfect location for Parrish and Palmetto and close enough to LWR. The home has everything you want, very comfortable beds, and couch for watching a little tv and winding down at night. The hosts are very friendly and quick to respond if you have a question. If you want to feel like your home when you’re away this is the home to choose.

This was a great house. Great set up and they thought of everything! It was a blessing to be so close to Freedom Village for my grandfathers 90th birthday party. The hosts were very responsive and kind. Definitely will be choosing this house again.

The home is exactly as described and pictured. Very clean and has everything you need. The pool and spa were nice and warm which was great. Close to restaurants, stores and anna maria island. Great stay, would recommend and stay again.

This house is amazing! It had EVERYTHING! Not only was the pool amazing, but there were so many games that kept teen boys preoccupied for a whole day! Honestly, everything was so great about this house, including Tristan and Myriam! They were great hosts and communication was easy! Thank you!

the pool was well kept and such a nice amenity to have. The house was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, quick trips to the beach and up town very central location. We will definitey consider staying here again.

The house was awesome! The teenage kids enjoyed the pool and all of the games. Was such a great location for us as my son was playing a baseball tournament at IMG Academy which was just down the road! Hosts were great and we really enjoyed our stay.

Immaculate Home Away From Home

This is a beautiful house, well-stocked with many extras.Beautiful neighborhood with plenty of parking.I liked the way the main bedroom and ensuite were on one side of the house, and the other 2 bedrooms and bathroom were on the other side. It was very large inside! 2 sunrooms, 1 of which is a games room.We had a great time and would definitely book this place again.

Pool area was beautiful but the rest of the home left a lot to be desired. I guess that’s why there is not a picture of the front of the house. Screen door old with holes. Front entryway dusty and dirty. Overall the house had dust in corners and just was not comfortable. Old towels. We had to leave due to family emergency but I would not have stayed anyway. Had I seen the front of the house; I would not have booked. Lesson learned. That said; the host was very nice but could not refund any of my money.

This review seems to be written out of frustration. Élise stayed in our house for only 12 hours. The day after her arrival, she and her husband had to return home because of a family emergency. She did not have cancellation insurance and asked for a partial refund. We explained that a refund would be possible only if we could re-rent the house for the same dates. She understood this and thanked us. When she left, and without being asked, she said she would leave us an excellent review. However, Élise never canceled her reservation. Since the dates were not released, we could not re-rent the house and therefore could not offer a refund. We were very surprised to receive, fifteen days later, a review saying that the house was dirty and that the towels were old. Our previous reviews clearly show the care we take with cleanliness and guest comfort. It is unfortunate that reviews are sometimes used to settle a disagreement, despite our efforts to help.
