With a wonderful location in the Fall Creek community, this lovely two-bedroom vacation home features dual suites, both with smart TVs, as well as a balcony. A short drive will take you to the public marina on Lake Taneycomo for blissful days on the water. Take advantage of the private washer/dryer to keep your clothes nice and clean during your stay.

Horrible experience

I reported the day we checked in about some of the issues we saw after arriving and the overall condition. I was told it would be addressed immediately because service tickets were generated by the management team. No one ever showed up or followed up. It was so bad I actually took pictures because it did not match what it showed on Vrbo.

Check in went pretty smooth, could have used a bit more direction or better signs on building. King bed frame was broke upon arrival, I contacted management and sent pictures immediately. Bed frames were a little cheap and they needed more pillows on each bed or to have a few additional for extra people who are staying. Loved having the washer and dryer in the condo.

Clean but lacking in supplies

The space was nice and clean. But for a 2 bedroom it was stocked at the bare minimum. No ice maker or trays. Only 2 coffee cups. We made do but as a rental owner we felt there could be some improvement.

2022 Vacation

The location was not far from things to do and pet friendly. I would have preferred the second bedroom not have been a loft. The other in building 520 were nice. There was confusion because my email said we would get parking passes but they were not needed and unsure where to park our boat. Someone did tamper with our boat while we were there.

Last minute booking

Overall it was a decent place to stay for a last minute booking compared to a motel 8 decent. When we arrived it smelled clean and looked nice. Once we settled in we realized how filthy the floors were.. Literally I do not think they even pick up the rugs and sweep let alone mop. Our white socks were black from walking around inside. There was no hairdryer, not a huge deal just wish I would of known I needed to bring one. There were hairdryer attachments with clumps of hair in the drawer though. The biggest thing was our bed sheets. They were white sheets with dog hair all over… we do not have any dogs. Unfortunately, I don’t think we will be staying here in the future.

okay for the price point.

I'll start with the good, It was spacious for the 6 of us (3 adults, 3 kids). We didn't spend a whole lot of time in the condo but we were not on top of one another and felt like we had our own space. The bedrooms are a good size, as well as the bathrooms. I was able to bathe all 3 kids without any issues. The cons: it was pretty dusty like someone hasn't stayed there or cleaned in a while, the downstairs bathtub wouldn't hardly drain so water was past my ankles by the end of my shower which was kind of gross, there were 2 soft spots in the floor that was very concerning and a safety hazard, I had to make sure my kids didn't walk near them because I was afraid it would fall in. The furniture seemed a bit dirty with dog hair, they could have used a really good vacuum and cleaning, same with the comforters (we opted to not even use them because of the hair and debris on them was so pronounced). I did check for bed bugs because that was one if my fears and didn't see any. The washer and dryer are tiny so if you have to do any just be aware of that. Check in and out was a breeze, wifi was good and a lot of restaurants did door dash to it, although some found it difficult to find. My kids did spill a glass of water on the floor and when I dried it up with a paper towel the paper towel was black with dirt, so it seemed as though the condo wasn't cleaned for some time or wasn't cleaned well.

Good Location

Good location near Table Rock State park as well as downtown Branson. Peaceful neighborhood that worked well for dogs.

Not super fancy but very nice. Appreciated the loft and the TV in the common area as well as both bedrooms. Also appreciate that the room was canine friendly.

Long weekend

Great location. Nice 2 bdrm 2 bath. Comfortable furniture and nice decor. Would be nice to have a bit more counter space, but overall was what we needed. Thank you

Quiet and Clean

Nice place, very spacious and the layout is perfect for a small family or even one person. Everything you need is on site and not took close to the main part of Branson so it is traffic free and very quiet.

The Good and the Bad

The location was perfect for getting to all that Branson offers. The condo itself was perfect for our needs and was clean and comfortable. It was a nice size for a family of four. Now the bad. They keep the thermostat high when no one is there and it takes awhile for the air to catch back up. It was a new rental and there was no trash can (they fixed this quickly for us). We found the upstairs ceiling fan tripped the breaker and when we tried to turn it on it sparked and tripped the breaker again. We also found a plug in the bedroom that didn’t work. The biggest issue was on the last night the A/C stopped working and the place was 80 degrees overnight. They did bring us a fan the first night since the ceiling fan didn’t work.
