Ocean view studio on the 11th floor of South Hampton has been renovated with new flooring, new furniture, and new artwork. It has 2 queen beds, work / study desk area, coffee maker and small fridge. Easily take a book, your laptop, coffee and cocktails out to your own private balcony and enjoy all the stunning sunrises and sunsets. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).

The South Hampton Tower is an oceanfront 16 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes).

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $300 security deposit held.

This condo can be rented with South Hampton 1110 next door to create a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath combo for extra guests.

INCLUDES:
- Access to private South Hampton pool, St James pool, and Beach pool. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.
- Free access to Mega Fitness Gym (about 1 mile away)

Very nice!

This unit was extremely clean and comfortable. So nice to walk on floors that didn't make your socks dirty! We ate almost all the snacks left for us. There were two things we missed. No hair dryer (I had to go to Walmart and buy one), and only one chair on the balcony. We really missed that, since we like to spend time out there with coffee, etc. We're used to at least two chairs and a small table.

The room was very clean and communication with the owner was great. The only issue we had was that we booked for three nights and was only left with towels and wash clothes for two days. I complained to the owner and they first said they only provide two sets. I guess we were not supposed to shower the morning before we check out. They said they would get housekeeping to drop for another set. That never happened. I know this sounds minor but in all my years of traveling I have never encountered this. So we had to buy a couple of sets for the morning we checked out. Besides this issue we enjoy the room.

Great Location

Everything was as described. Great location. No amenities onsite except for the pool so it isn't a busy vacation location with a lot of people. It was perfect and so relaxing. (Suggestion - sliding glass door was extremely hard to open and close. It is a little frustrating as we didn't prefer to leave it open during the day.)

Communication with Owners and check-in process was seamless. Room set up exactly like a hotel but very clean and bright. Loved the lack of hotel-heavy foot traffic in and out of the building. Heavy sliding door to balcony hard to open but good safety feature for kids. Great complimentary snack variety. Great location. Happy with everything.

This unit at the South Hampton building in beautiful Kingston Plantation has a beautiful view of the ocean from the 11th floor. The building and grounds are exceptional. Forget the hotel room and come here. Great beach and pools. Many restaurants and shopping close by.

My family has been coming to Myrtle Beach to vacation for the past 25 years. It has always been our dream to one day own our own condo in a place that is so special to us. That dream finally came true in 2017.

Why they chose this property

South Hampton Tower has everything my family loves. For our kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony.

Kingston Resort is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a condo.
