Family friendly Lake Winnipesaukee view condominium at the desirable Samoset Complex.

Short walk to the lake and private sandy beach, as well outdoor pool during the summer season(Memorial-Labor Day). Lounge chairs provided at both. Access to tennis and basketball courts, lakeside firepit, drop-off boat dock, and kayak/paddleboard launch for those that would like to bring them with you.

Scenic mountain and lake views from the Deck, Living room, Dining room, and second floor bedroom. End unit with direct access to parking. Remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Wood burning fireplace in living room. Convenient second floor laundry(washer/dryer). Enjoy morning coffee on the screened in porch or on the deck. Air Conditioning, Smart TV and WiFI. Sleeps 6-8: Bedroom 1- Queen bed, Bedroom 2- Queen bed and Bunkbeads, Pull-out sofa. First floor 1/2 bathroom, Second Floor 3/4 bathroom.

Wonderful Place and great Location
