About this property

This quaint, freshly renovated beach cottage is located four doors down from the beach access and less than half a mile from the Pier. Located near the Pier, you will find the local eats, boutiques, cafes, and other locally owned businesses. I am excited to share these experiences and hope you enjoy your time on the island. Surf City is one of the few dog-friendly beaches year-round! Please indicate if you are bringing a pet when booking-there is a $100 pet fee. The cleaning and linen fees are “pass through charges” and therefore bed linens and towels are included in all bookings.

Great Stay, 2 years Running

This is such a sweet spot to enjoy the beach- it’s a comfortable place to come “home” to and so super close to the beach access! The hosts are pretty dang perfect too. We really enjoyed our stay.

I have been coming to Topsail for over 25 years and I am so excited to finally call it home. I love the dog-friendly beach that is not too crowded, the friendly locals, and the wonderful weather!

What makes this property unique

This house is located between two beach access points taking only 2 minutes to get your feet in the sand.
You will have your own washer/dryer in a common area shared with "The Hideout" my other home on the property. If your traveling with another family don't hesitate to ask about renting both homes.
You'll also have 2 designated parking spots, 1 under the house and 1 in front.
Surf City is a pet friendly beach year-round and Island Time is a pet friendly home! Please be sure to click the box "PETS" when booking. There is a $100 pet fee. The cleaning and linen fee are pass through charges.
