The house has four bedrooms, three bedrooms with double beds in 160 cm, one bedroom with bunk beds in 90 cm and 2 single beds in 90 cm. A first bathroom with shower, toilet, a second bathroom with Italian shower, independent toilet. Possibility of parking on the unenclosed plot of nearly 1000 m2. Large terrace of 70 m2 with garden furniture. Garden cabin accessible for your nautical equipment or bicycles. Free wifi connection. Access to the marina services: collective unheated swimming pool open from 15 June to 15 September, tennis courts, city stadium, restaurant, bread depot and pastries, lake and bike paths. Ref 04094.
