Welcome to your home away from home! This large updated townhome is 1 mile to downtown/Las Olas, 10 minutes to the beach, tucked away in a gated neighborhood for privacy. Close by to great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and art galleries. You'll feel at home with an oversized bedroom, en suite bath plus half bath downstairs and a spacious private backyard to eat and lounge plus a community pool right outside the front door. Close to FLL airport, Port Everglades cruise port, Brightline train to Miami - be in the center of everything!

Downtown Fort Lauderdale is a growing metropolitan area. Las Olas restaurants, shops, breweries and more are a 5 minute Uber away. The beach is a 10 minute drive away. There are also museums, music venues, grocery stores and shopping within a short drive.
