Beautiful 52 m² air-conditioned apartment with sea view. It consists of a beautiful bright living room opening onto the loggia, 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed also opening onto the loggia, a pretty equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Free parking nearby. Bedding: -Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160. -Living room: 1 child driver Equipment: -TV, washing machine, -Dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, traditional fan oven, induction hob, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, -Iron + board. Rental for 2 adults and a child under 12 years old. We accept holiday vouchers (depending on booking platform). Linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included, you can choose to include these services at the price of: - Limited use sheets for a 90 bed: €10 - Limited use sheets for a 160 bed: €20 - End of stay cleaning: €50 Non-smoking accommodation. “Our arrivals (in July and August only) will be from Sunday to Sunday…less traffic jams, no trucks.”
