Both apartments - one on the ground floor, the other on the first floor - have separate entrances and their own character and style.

Apartment 1 - is designed in a colonial style and looks like a venerable Mediterranean manor house with the handmade furniture in the living room.

Apartment 2 is decorated in country style. It has the character of a southern hacienda with the formative wood stove and the warm bordeaux colors of the accessories.

An enchanting-looking, flower-filled garden with barbecue area, a beach chair, 2 loungers and 2 seating groups for 6 people is available exclusively for the two apartments, depending on the parking available directly in front of the house.

Details about the apartments:
Apartment 1 is 70 square meters, located on the ground floor and has a separate, private entrance. The fully equipped kitchen has all electrical appliances (dishwasher, freezer, stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee and espresso machine, toaster and microwave). Of course, there are dishes, cutlery, glasses and all necessary cooking utensils and a dining table for 4 people. The adjoining bedroom with double bed, spacious closet and room safe has direct access to the bathroom. The new bathroom is equipped with a huge shower, toilet and washing machine. The 28 m2 large living room with views of the green is dominated by a large corner leather sofa overlooking the home theater (swivel 50 inch plasma TV with satellite channels and DVD player, mini stereo system).
