Nice location

Stayed here for SEC basketball tournament and was close enough to walk to downtown each day. Place had everything we needed and beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

We lucked out here!

The condo was comfortable, quiet, neat and clean. We enjoyed the 20 minute walk to all of the action on Broadway and The Gulch. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Lovely apartment

Very well-equipped, nicely furnished, city view, pretty. Free parking a bonus. Could walk to a number of neighborhood restaurants, coffee shops, but also easy to drive to famous Nashville attractions. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great place and perfect location

This is a great place to stay while visiting downtown Nashville.Its a 15/20 walk down to the vibrant end of Broadway or half that on one of the electric scooters that are dotted all over the city.You get sent all check in / out instructions the day before you arrive.Secure entry into the building and into the suite.It's on the 6th floor but the lift takes you straight to the door.The suite is large and has 2 rooms and two seating areas - one of which doubles up and drop down double bed (this bed ain't to comfy, but can't fault anything else)Bath/shower is separate to the toilet and is a large space. There is also a full laundry room and we'll appointment kitchenette.This is a great place to reach all areas of town via foot, scooter or lyft taxi.Plenty of nice pubs around within 2 to 3 mins walk.I would come back tomorrow Thanks for the stay

Great place to stay!

We had an amazing time staying here! It’s close to so much and a quick Uber ride to Broadway for about $7-$8. No complaints at all. Just a few suggestion. 1. When upgrading your washer and dryer, get one that you can wash clothes while your other load is drying. 2. Have an outlet installed in the hallway with the mirror. 3. Get a few 2 quart containers for making juice or mixed drinks in. We would highly recommend this condo and would stay here again when we visit next!

First time to Nashville. First time Vrbo users. While we had a few issues at check-in our hosts were extremely responsive. The rooms are smaller than they appear in the pictures but a nice space.

We came in for a long weekend and this place is perfect! The location was great there are plenty of places to eat and bars with live music within walking distance. And it is an easy Uber drive to Broadway to check it out! Property managers were easy to work with! Highly recommended!

Such a great apartment!

We stayed at this spacious apartment for our daughter's graduation from Vanderbilt. It was very well-located, convenient, well-apportioned, comfortable, quiet, etc. We had one question during our stay and Becky answered it promptly. We would not hesitate to book this place again an strongly recommend it to others! We were sad to leave.

This was a great place to stay. The location was excellent, not too much of a trek to walk downtown and Uber/Lyft's are readily available. Becca and Aaron were very attentive. We had a power outage, and they were very helpful in trying to get the issue resolved. The location is great, not too much of a trek to walk downtown and Uber/Lyft's are readily available. The only suggestion I have would be to stalk more toilet paper for your guests, and maybe also provide some paper towels.

Family Spring Break

Our family of 4 (kids ages 5 and 7) stayed in over spring break. The space was nice, the kitchen was just enough as we mostly went out to eat but had some small breakfasts, snacks and lunch there. We walked to many restaurants around the area. Lots of dogs and friendly neighbors walking around. The only thing that wasn't great was the water pressure in the shower, but it was doable.
