Why they chose this property
The best feature of this property is the proximity to WEF and walking distance to both plazas with supermarket, restaurants, bars, gym, department store, post office, groomers, florist and more. Our home was built to entertain and also to provide privacy to everyone in it. Depending on occupancy, you may have the covered patio and pool for yourself. We feel communication is key and so if you tell us your preferences, my husband and I will give you as much privacy as possible
What makes this property unique
The location of the property is excellent for horse lovers during season and for those that want to walk and be on a strip mall with a variety of business. You can park in the driveway, enjoy the outdoors (pool or patio) or indoors (loft area). For those guest staying weekly or monthly, we offer the use of washer/ dryer (small fee) and if notified, we can pick you up from/drop off to airport/train station in West Palm Beach ($20 each way).
