There could not be a more perfect location on the The Resort! This charming 3BR/3BA lakefront home is steps away from the Phil Hummel Aquatic Center and a short walk to the marina. Take the golf cart to the Village of Baytowne Wharf or straight to the beach! This cottage comes with complimentary resort tram service, that can take you anywhere you need to go on the Resort!

Our updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for the whole group. The dining table seats six guests and there is additional bar seating for six. In the Florida room you will find additional seating and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. This cottage boasts two master suites, one downstairs with a King bed and private bath and the other upstairs with a NEW king bed, balcony and private bath. Our downstairs guest bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds, (twin over full bed and a twin over twin bed) and an HDTV which is perfect for the kids! There is an adjoining full guest bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. A full washer and dryer is conveniently located near the kitchen and wifi is complimentary. Easy parking for two vehicles is available right in front of the condo.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.

Great place for a small family gathering

We had a fantastic time. It's a short golf cart ride to Baytown Wharf. It's nicely decorated but it was comfy. It was very clean and the management staff was helpful and quick.

Fall get away

We recently stayed for a quick fall getaway. The home was veery welcoming and in a great location. Easy walk or golf cart ride to village and beach was accessible easily with the golf cart. Would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous time at 8857 Baypine, even after the host sent us a message letting us know the previous tenants flipped the golf cart. It worked for us so we were grateful. Just a note, the dryer doesn't dry well, we had to run a couple cycles and check the freezer as water spits out and causes frost on the outside of the ice bin. It all worked out we made it work, I would love to rent out this exact property again next year if possible ;-) Feel free to call at, Pam Bergeron
