Check out the Baytowne Marina and satisfy the adventurer with an array of exhilarating activities like kayaking, wave running, and parasailing.
Return back after a fun-filled day out on the town and step in through the front door to find a spacious and inviting living area with comfortable furnishings set up with plenty of room for you and your friends. This home also boasts a picturesque view of the waters out back on the deck, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances for cooking up a tasty meal for everyone, and a three-bedroom layout. Start your day off on the deck and greet the morning sun with a nice warm cup of coffee. As the sun starts to settle in the distance, fire up the gas grill for a barbecue lunch, then head out to the on-site pool for a nice swim. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
