From the 4th and last floor (with lift) of a recent residence, there is a large through apartment of 90 m², with two balconies. On one side, a lovely unobstructed view of the city rooftops, and on the other, the port of Sables-d'Olonne is offered to you. At your doorstep, you will discover a lively and vibrant neighbourhood, with numerous bars, restaurants, and the ballet of fishing boats.
First, we discover a large through living room. On the south side, a dining room opens onto a first balcony overlooking a small street. This is the ideal place for your outdoor meals, as this balcony communicates with the kitchen. The latter is well-equipped: three-burner induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker and toaster. On this side of the apartment, there is also a bedroom, also overlooking the balcony. You will find a double bed and a private bathroom with an Italian shower, washbasin and WC.
On the port side, a first lounge is installed facing the balcony to enjoy the view. A second TV lounge opens to the side and has a sofa bed offering sleeping space for two people, with a view of the port. A second bedroom offers two single twin beds (80/190), with, once again, a view of the port. Finally, another bathroom with an Italian shower, as well as an independent WC, complete this property.
For more comfort, you will find a hairdryer in the bathroom as well as a washing machine. In the absence of parking, parking is done on the public space, where it is paid.
