About this property

Afternoon Delight welcomes your extended family with its 7 bedrooms and a very short walk of 350 feet to the beach access in the Crown Point neighborhood. [Note: No dogs or other animals allowed in this home.]

NEW FOR 2024 SEASON: Living area sofas have been replaced; new outdoor furniture for top level sun deck; remodeled master bathrooms.

Beds: 2 King Masters, 3 Queens (2 Masters), 3 Bunk Bed Sets; 16 Towel Sets provided

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room features the living area with flat-screen TV and a large dining room table (seats 10), a well-equipped kitchen with upgraded, stainless steel appliances with a bar island (seats 2). There are sun decks or covered decks for shade if needed. This level also has a King Master Suite with private bath. [Note: gas fireplace is not for guest use]

MID LEVEL:
Stairs down this level will lead to a den in the center of the floor which has a kitchenette with mini-fridge. There are 4 other bedrooms beginning with a Queen Master Suite with deck access. The other bedrooms include a King Jr. Master Suite which shares a semi-private bath with a Queen bedroom and a Bunk bedroom. The laundry area is located by the front entry door.

GROUND LEVEL:
There are two more bedrooms on this level for guests: a Queen Jr. Master Suite with semi-private bath (shower/tub combo) is shared with a bedroom that has 2 Bunk Bed sets. The game area features a Pool Table. Enjoy the private pool (11' x 25'), gas grill, and use the outdoor shower after going to the beach! There is parking for 4-5 vehicles.

EXTRAS:
Guests have free access to the Crown Point Community Pool which is nearby (pool open Memorial Day weekend to the end of September) and there are tennis courts which are available for guests to use.

Great stay despite family issues…

We had a great vicinities for our 12 member family despite our sickness and hiccups in our health. The house was clean and in an area just distance from everywhere needed for food and beach. Wonderful area.

Location to the beach and stores was nice, kids could ride their bikes around the neighborhood and to the stores that they liked.

maintenance needed

had to buy a hammer to knock in many 100+ nails on decking. Out door shower did not work and had to remove shower head and replace. multiple out side switches and fixtures to corroded to work. The property management fixed one out door fixture. the rest of issues we had to resolve on our own.
