Ideally located about 700 m south of the village center and about 400 m from the Grimming Therme. In the winter around the house Entry possibilities into the approx. 180 km long cross-country ski run network, ski bus stop for the free ski bus into the ski area Tauplitzalm directly in front of the house. In the summer ideal starting point for long hikes, mountain climbing and cycling in almost untouched nature. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 20 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
