There are two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a 140 bed & a small "cabin" bedroom with two 90 beds, and a bathroom (shower - sink and WC). The exteriors are composed of a garden and a courtyard shared with the owners, a parking space and a private terrace of 20m². Unusual wooden "pavilion" nestled in a quiet and peaceful residential area on the eastern hillside of Montbrison. Prime location at the start of several hiking trails, next to the St-Jacques-de-Compostelle route and in the heart of the Monts du Forez rich in preserved landscapes. This former "Labo" has been completely renovated into a comfortable vacation home. The cottage has a pretty terrace with an intimate pergola where you can enjoy the view of the gentle garden with trees and flowers. To make your stay even more pleasant, charges and heating are included, the beds are made on arrival.
