Beautiful Private Villa with full kitchen, air conditioning, large living & dining room, 3 bedroom/3 bath, with pool and hot tub located in the Parc de la Baie Orientale gated community, near Esmeralda Resort in French St. Martin. Property is only a 1/4-mile walk from Orient Beach, widely known as the 'Riviera of the Caribbean'. Only a 5-minute drive to Grand Case, the dining capital of St. Martin, and equidistant from the towns of Marigot and Philipsburg. Broadband Internet & television on site. Laundry services can be arranged directly with housekeeper. The villa has a caretaker and a property manager. Manager is also on call during your stay. Max. 6 adults or 4 adults/4 children.

It was great. Location was good. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There were a couple of glitches but it all worked out. Valerie was a great asset. We would definitely stay here again. There were 8 of us, all ages. The villa was very accommodating for our group.

Best Vacation Ever

We absolutely loved staying at Villa Belfiore. The location is perfect. Valerie, the property manager, is amazing! Getting to the beaches and around the island is very easy. We will come back…the sooner the better!!

Perfect vacation spot

Thank you. We had a wonderful stay at this perfect villa. The house was spotless (thanks to Valerie) and furniture was new and comfortable. Our grandchildren enjoyed pool very much. They spend all afternoons there. We definitely will come back.

PROS:1- House was real nice, well-appointed, clean, with a beautiful pool & hot tub.2- Very close to beach, a neat little village with shops & restaurants.3- Housekeeping service was very nice, provided on a daily basis, including new sheets, towels, and personal laundry.4- Communication with owner was very good.5- Kitchen was well equipped, although no condiments were provided.CONS:1- House was on entry road into Orient community, which resulted in continuous road noise throughout the day2- It appeared that St. Marten was still in the recovery phase of its last hurricane, so many places we visited many years ago were in worse shape than last.3- Could not get TV password for NETFLIX to work, so nighttime viewing was limited.Overall, we believed that if this house was in a quieter neighborhood, it would be a fantastic spot to vacation.

Great stay!

The villa is in a fantastic location to beautiful Orient Beach. Communication and the check in process were excellent. The villa is immaculate, and Valerie, the housekeeper, comes daily. Air conditioning worked well, and the owner was quick to respond to any small issues. We would have preferred to do our own laundry, but the washer and dryer are locked off. Valerie was lovely and did it for us. The pool is well maintained. The jacuzzi must have a leak because it kept losing water and would not get hot (minor problem). The mattresses were not the most comfortable.

Liz, thanks for your response. I’m glad you enjoyed your vacation. Yes, we love Valerie as well. Unfortunately, when we were there in November, the Jacuzzi was fine, but it must’ve developed the leak in the next month. We got it fixed now and hopefully it’ll be good for the rest of the season. The laundry policy is because we had a tenant in there that overloaded it and ruined the washer and we had to replace the washer so we would rather have Valerie control that. Hope to see you again.
