This dazzling, Platinum, newly-constructed, three-level ‘smart’ townhome with gorgeous views of the Eagle River is a short walk from The Westin Riverfront Express Gondola. It offers a great room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a gas fireplace, a gourmet kitchen with superior appliances, a private driveway and one car garage, a desk/work space and air conditioning throughout. Additional features include dual master suites, each with attached bathroom and king size bed, two guest bedrooms (one has a queen size bed while the other is a bunk room that’s ideal for children with two sets of twin-over-twin beds), a washer/dryer, a custom mud room with storage cubbies, and designer lighting.

Guests will savor sweeping mountain and creek views from the furnished, outdoor terrace (with BBQ) and patio, as well as The Westin Riverfront’s world-class amenities, including an outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness facilities, fire pit and ski valet. Complimentary shuttle service to/from Beaver Creek is also available. No pets or rollaways permitted.

Beaver Creek townhome

Beautiful property but had technical issues. It’s a smart home and engineers had to come to fix a lighted mirror in one of the baths. Thermostats seemed to not work. Dishwasher leaked. Also the bunk bedroom has 4 child size bunk beds. Our 18 yo nephews couldn’t fit in them so beware if you have teenage kids who are tall.

Excellent property

Wonderful home. Beautifully furnished, great setting. Kitchen was well stocked. When I realized the property was missing a crockpot - the management company went and purchased one new for our use. The management company team was very responsive during our stay. They were quick to work to resolution when any calls we made. Garage is very small. Our standard size, NOT oversized truck couldn't fit in the garage. This was a disappointment as it also barely fit in the driveway and we don't like to park our cars outside. I was concerned a snowplow might come through and wreck the vehicle. Guests should note the property has a BUNCH of stairs and the bedrooms are spread out between the 3 levels. As a previous guest noted - the bunk beds are tiny! I had 3 teens and the beds were very small for them. We visited in winter and it was a bit of a disappointment that the lodge's hot tub was out of commission for the entire stay and the Westin resorts hot tubs had only 1 of the 3 fully operational. We too had some malfunctions of the smart home lighting system during our stay. One evening we couldn't get the bathroom lights to turn off. The next morning engineering came and tripped the breaker 2/3 times to reset these. Overall a wonderful property and vacation.
