We had a great time. This place is big with a nice big patio 6 floors up. The view is spectacular. I spent most of my time on the patio.The unit was well stocked, especially the kitchen. We had some minor issues, but not enough to complain publicly. I would stay there again.

We loved our stay at Cinnamon Beach! Plenty of space for our family of 6, including our 4 kids (ages 10 and under). The property was just as described and the photos are accurate. The view from the balcony was stunning! We loved watching the sunrise over the ocean. Kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and utensils, plus some extras, and there was even some beach gear which was a plus too. We loved the Palm Coast location in general (great restaurants nearby, not a touristy area) and we hope to return. We'll certainly try to book this same condo again. Thanks for a great stay!

ATLANTIC COAST PERFECTION!

Our group of four adult ladies were beyond impressed with the property, location, ammenities, and overall stay! We could not have enjoyed a more restorative and comfortable weekend. Lots of sunbathing, shell collecting, moon gazing, porch relaxing and catching up. We even made a quick drive over to St Augustine for some shopping and lunch. This place is simply divine!

Awesome Beach Getaway

Fantastic location right on the beach, beautiful views from patio - kitchen well stocked with appliances/utensils/plates, master bed HUGE! The only thing we would’ve liked is clearer communication regarding check-in/out and a fan on the patio! It was super hot (as expected in Florida) but no air circulation out there made it hotter. :) Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location and beautiful condo. Great kitchen with lots of helpful tools & appliances - insta pot, rice cooker, keurig, great assortment of pots and pans. Only negative - no pantry staples like salt, basic spices, oil and vinegar. Cabinet full of various games was great entertainment with grandkids. Patio overlooking the beach was huge and provided magnificent view of sunrise. We never made it to the pool - too busy on the beach. TVs in all rooms easy to use and everything in good condition. Very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful location!

The location was perfect! We enjoyed starting our day with coffee on the balcony, with its spectacular penthouse view, followed by relaxing at the beach or at one of the amazing pools. The condo was clean and an exceptional find - a California king in the master suite, as well as king beds in the other 2 bedrooms. We had a travel glitch, causing half of our party to arrive a day later. The customer service rep was so helpful in making sure we secured an additional parking pass for those who ended up having to drive. All other interactions with customer service were addressed immediately to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend staying at this condo! You will LOVE it!

Four day getaway

The property was as beautiful as pictured. The porch, bedrooms, and living area were amazing. One thing that I had not been aware of were the rocks on the beach. We adjusted our beach time so the tide was out and the rocks were visible. Past the rocky area, the ground was flat, but I was worried that my children would trip over or get knocked into a rock by the waves when they were covered by the tide. We also enjoyed seeing several sea turtle nests that had been marked nearby! A little more communication about the rules of the property would have been appreciated. For example, pool opening times, the "quiet pool" restrictions of the oceanside pool, and a contact number or email for problems. I did not like the vtrips app for information, I would have preferred the information to be delivered in an email. Overall we loved our stay.

Great friends getaway

Pros - Beautiful location. Condo was large and spacious. Beds comfortable. Great view and access to the beach. Complex was well maintained and for the first week of December was quiet and quite peaceful. Cons - Too many emails regarding property before the trip that did not include important information in a easy to read format. Multiple forms for car passes, keycodes were confusing - need to check in with the guard every time you leave the property. Very limited supplies! ... one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one unit of dish soap, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one container of washing machine soap, no spatula for the teflon frying pan. No extra towels. No information on how to use television remotes or what channels were available. No information on restaurants / activities/ attractions. Club house, pool & gym - only open until 6. Screen door and patio door need to be replaced - very hard to open and they could use rugs by the doors. Patio and entrance ways are always wet and there is no way to wipe your feet creating slipping hazards.

This VRBO had the best balcony view of the beach and ocean. We loved that each bedroom had a king bed and adjoining bathroom. It was super comfortable for our group of six.

Such a Great Time

We absolutely loved our stay. It was our first time and we couldn’t have been more impressed. We only had 2 complaints. We did not have any kitchen dish towels so we had to pull some of our bathroom hand towels during our stay. Just inconvenient. Would recommend the owner/property manager have those available. The other complaint was when we were loading up our vehicle with plenty of time to spare for our checkout, we were greeted by a housekeeper inside our unit who began questioning us on our check out. This was a bit frustrating with the amount of money we paid to come back to our room and be treated as if we were late checking out. Also, I still had my purse on the counter. I left it thinking it would be safe inside our condo until we came back up for the last load. Overall we had a great time and will definitely consider return stay!
