From the incredible rooftop you can enjoy beautiful sunsets accompanied by your partner, family or friends.

`ENJOY PLAYA DEL CARMEN in a furnished apartment with a large balcony, very comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, blocks from the beach and a few steps from the 5th Av. With a bike path or pedestrian walk.
The accommodation includes rooms with AA, wi-fi, TV, shared pool with views of nature and the sea.
Hot water and equipped kitchen.
The building is very quiet

IMPORTANT!
- Reservations of 20 days or more, the cost of electricity service is charged to the guest, this is done with the reading of the electric meter on arrival.
- Reservations of 1 month or more will be made 1 mandatory weekly cleaning at a cost to the guest.

The location of the property was great, close to all amenities as well as restaurants and the beach. The property manager Sybil was great and was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed. The apartment however had no blinds on the windows in the front living area making it impossible for us to conserve energy by tuning up the AC when we left for the day. We made it work but it needs blinds in there to help with the heat in the summer months.
