Clean and Cozy Family Home - 2 Kings - Coffee Bar

Escape the cold and soak up the Florida sunshine in this charming three bedroom home. Perfect for families, this home features plenty of living space, a large backyard, screened-in patio, and a fully stocked kitchen/coffee bar. Whether you're planning a long-term stay or a family vacation, this home has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable trip. Located in a quiet and peaceful community just off of Lumsden road, don't miss out experiencing the best of Florida living!

The house is beautifully decorated with beach themed decor, comfortable beds, and new furniture. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you would need to cook a meal, as well as a coffee bar stocked with K-cups, creamer, and sugar.

Pack n Play and highchair available upon request.

We will be available to answer any questions or service requests via the messenger, or by phone. Check in and check out is remote, with keypad entry. Detailed instructions and keypad codes will be sent the day of check in.

An additional $100 non-refundable pet cleaning fee is required for pets.

Trash days are on Saturdays and Wednesdays. Recycle is on Wednesdays.

The property could be very nice. Needs a deep cleaning. Needs front window covering. Bathroom door hard to close on master. Major traffic heard from road behind house FYI.

Exactly what i needed

It was perfect. Some how i missed my email that had my code to enter the property. I believe it was 1 in the morning when i got to the property, I messaged them and in no time they gave me my code to enter. Not only was communication good, i had 2 changes to my stay. I needed another day on the front end of my stay and then later i added another day on the back end. They were happy to accommodate my needs. As for the home, it was perfect. Clean, neat and relaxing. Master bed was super comfy if you wanted to know lol i slept amazingly

Great, safe location!

Perfect for 3 teammates and moms. We stayed for 2 nights, 20 minute ride to sports complex. Easy check in, property clean, nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.
