About this property

We hope our newly renovated home will be the perfect place to stay while on your trip. The hand-painted boarder exterior, full kitchen, covered carport, in unit washer/dryer, Karaoke, and themed music interior are all part of our goal of creating a space to prime your trip to be the best it can be. We sometimes call it the "Tampa Tour House" because it's the perfect place to stay if you're catching a show or event; The Hard Rock Casino, Florida Expo + Fairgrounds, and MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheater are all within a 5 minute car ride or a short walk. A memorial park with vintage combat helicopters and a canal walkway is also within walking distance. There is a WaWa, Winghouse, and Wendy's within walking distance as well. In the same distance, there's also Eureka Springs State Park! If you don't mind hopping in your car for a little longer, you can reach Downtown Tampa in 15 minutes. Saint Petersburg Beaches are just over the bridge and can usually be reached in a little over an hour. Rental House

We had a great time. The home was beautiful and had ful amenities. It was wonderful just socializing with our friends instead of being in separate motel rooms. Thank you for sharing you home with us. We will definitely book again the next time we go to Tampa (if available).

Great place to stay!

Clean, updated house with lots of sleeping capacity. The owner had great, friendly communication! I hope we can stay here again sometime.

Our stay at Rockin' home near Hard Rock, Fairgrounds was wonderful. The house was super clean. We were in Florida for gymnastics event at the Fairgrounds so the location was perfect. The place was cute, the beds were comfortable and I had good night’s sleep.
