This pleasant vacation home with pool is located in a quiet side street of the popular urbanization Blue Lagoon. The roof terrace offers a beautiful panoramic view of the surroundings. The house is divided into two levels. The main level consists of an attractive living/dining area with access to the kitchen and 2 bedrooms. An outside staircase leads to a lower level bedroom and bathroom - ideal for families with teenagers or even couples who want a little more privacy. On the great barbecue area with summer kitchen, delicious barbecue meals can be prepared to end the evening comfortably. Within walking distance to "Eagles Nest" with a supermarket and several restaurants. Only about 2 minutes drive from the Villamartin golf course.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests have to rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person.
