A specious 3Bed villa with 2 Bathrooms, balconies, fully equipped fitted kitchen/utility room and a privet swimming pool in Orihuela-Costa. The property is equipped to sleep 6-8 adults and its close to blue flag beaches (10 min drive) La zenia Shopping mall and surrounded by 3 golf courses. Restaurants, pubs and supermarkets are within walking distance. A car is necessary if you wish to explore surrounding regions. There are plenty of activities for both adults and children nearby (free Parking is available). There is a downstairs bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in shower cubicle suitable for accompanying elderly. although there are five steps to entre the property. The upstairs bathroom has a Jacuzzi bathtub and an overhead shower. the property has both AC and fans fitted throughout. there is plenty of outdoor space for activities.

Best Host Araz

Easy Check in . Inside the villa was very clean. We had a couple of teething problems but Araz was on hand and everything she could do she did to make sure our stay was a good stay. Considering she lives in a completely different country its nice to know she was hands on with everything. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Araz

Amazing stay thank you great pool and outside area. Beds comfortable. Only downsides, possibly better quality bedding. Also TV not set up needs English channels. Possibly DVD player for families. Otherwise loved it !!

A lecturer of Mathematics currently working in Bahrain. I enjoy the outdoors and have many interests in hiking, fishing and swimming. I love Spain because it offers plenty of outdoor activities due to its wonderful maditerainion weather of around 300 days of sunshine a year. There is always something new to discover each time I visit. I decided to buy Villa Tose in 2017 because I fell in love with it the moment I saw it. It’s a stand alone villa with a private pool. It’s spectacular pool is one of the largest and deepest in the area and the outdoor space is ample for activities and entertainment. My future plans is to retire in Spain but for now I want others to enjoy this beautiful and comfortable villa.

It’s private, comfortable, specious and boosts one of the largest and deepest pools in the area. It has both AC and fans as well as plenty of outdoor space for sunbathing and entertainment. It’s close to all the necessary amenities and activities. English is widely spoken in the area furled to its location in a holiday maker spot. The villa is fully equipped with top class equipment and furniture. There is a downstairs bedroom and bathroom for accompanying guests that have limited mobility. The villa is newly refurbished.
