The outdoor pool will close from Aug 19, 2024 through the winter 2025. The indoor pool will remain open.

The building was recently completely re-wired with a designated fiber internet line - the WiFi at Summer House is AMAZING now! One of the best connections on the beach!

The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The dining room sits 6 and 2 more seats are at the kitchen bar.

A few throw rugs would make the living room more comfortable.The drain in the master bathroom is slow.The porch furniture is great.It is a comfortable unit although we missed it being decorated in "beach" style.

What a fantastic place!

This property has it all: location to restaurants, beach access, pools, lazy river parking garage, and then you add a 3 bedroom and 4 bath condo with every attention to detail. Highly recommend and would recommend to anyone!

We stayed at this condo for 2 weeks and loved it!! It was immaculate and everything was great! Loved the wrap around balcony and the view. Beds were very comfy, the kitchen had everything anyone needs to cook a great meal! Hopefully we can find a time to come back-would definitely stay here again!!

Summer House family trip

This was the best condo we have ever stayed in at the beach. It was so clean which is a big deal for me. The only negative is the pool. It was disgusting. The ocean was very rough while we were there and the pool would have been a great alternative but it was so dirty and the water was greasy, we could not get in. Otherwise, the place was awesome. The view was so good, the beds were comfortable, and the unit had everything we needed. We can't wait to see it when the renovations are finished.

We loved this condo & have already booked it again for next year There are multiple entrances to the huge corner balcony with amazing views. The condo was spacious and clean. Elevators were quick. Unfortunately, there was a water issue for the entire building one day during our stay. That was definitely inconvenient but totally out of the managements control. Their communication with us during that issue could have been better

Great view, the Summer House B building is set closer to the beach so I only see sand and water from the front of the balcony! Feels pretty private. Balcony is HUGE wrap around corner with access from all 3 rooms and 2 living room doors as well. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and pillows. Did not feel crowded or wait long at elevators. Outdoor pools were nice. Easy, few steps to the beach. Kind and helpful responses to the texts for early access and checkout. Best condo I’ve ever rented on the gulf coast

We really enjoyed our stay. The best part was that the complex is small so beach and pool not crowded. No long waits for elevator. Only problem with unit is the wifi is not very fast.

The condo was wonderful. The views were excellent. Communication was quick and easy. Only 1 complaint. This particular condo has storm roll down doors. When the wind picks up from the Gulf, they made so much noise it was impossible to sleep. Two nights there were storms while we were there, and the flapping or vibrating from those metal storm shutters was simply WAY to loud. Other than that, it was great

Great property in the beach

Check in was easy with clear instructions. I did not realize there were two Summer House buildings (A and B), we were on the 12th floor in building B. The condo was clean and had toiletries and nice linens. The outdoor patio was outrageous and we enjoyed it so much. It was right on the beach and we spent a lot of time in either the indoor pool or on the beach. We had an infant with us and after the first night realized we would need a pack n play and they brought us one that day free of charge. The communication with staff was very prompt! We only had a couple of questions/requests and they were on top of them. The indoor pool/sauna/fitness center is across the parking lot in a separate building which was a bit chilly on the walk back with wet kids but they didn’t mind. My daughter seemed the hot tub “a big boy hot tub” and it is very large and attached to the pool and the temps were great. Management was even able to accommodate an extra night for us to extend our stay. Would book through this company again!

Pictures don't do it justice

Without a doubt this is the nicest condo we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Everything we needed was there and the view from the balcony... that's a million dollar view. We're already making plans to go down with friends and our grandson. The location was perfect for us as well. Close enough to the Walmart and dollar general store for supplies. Alvin's surf shop was right across the street as well. Fresh seafood and eats were just a short drive away. Big thanks to the whole team.
