About this property

Beautiful newly renovated cottage for 4 people, 100 sqm, for rent. Large living room with dining area, 1 double bedroom (2.00 x 2.00), 1 bedroom with single or double bed (1,60 x 2,00). New bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine. Large terrace with barbecue on large plot. Since May 2017 you can enjoy our new beautiful wooden terrace.
Parking space available. Quiet location, no tax.

Initial bed linen and towels included.
Price per night 100 Euro, in the high season from June to September 130 Euro.
Final cleaning 60 Euro.
Departure by 10am, arrival from 15 hours.

The house is located in Riepsdorf, Municipality Lensahn. The seaside resorts Grömitz, Dahme and Kellenhusen are not far away. Timmendorf and Scharbeutz or Lübeck are easily accessible via the A1.

Seele baumeln lassen

Einfach mal abschalten und zur Ruhe kommen - das geht genau hier. Ein schönes großes Haus mit einem tollen gepflegten Anwesen rundherum. Dazu das ruhige und verschlafene Dorf und dann doch die Nähe zu den Ostseebädern. Wir waren wieder sehr gerne hier.

Terassentraum

Es war zwar nur eine Woche und das Wetter war schlecht, aber das Haus ließ unseren Urlaub zu etwas Besonderem werden. Kochprojekte, Spieleabende am großen Tisch, Familiengespräche in Decken eingekuschelt... Und draußen zieht der Mähroboter seine Bahn. Toll war es. Lediglich ein Bäcker oder Brötchendienst fehlt im Ort. Dann wäre alles perfekt.

Ruhiger Entspannungsurlaub mit Nähe zur Ostsee

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus im ruhigen Riepsdorf. Jeden Morgen und Abend gemütlich auf der Terrasse essen und entspannen und tagsüber entspannt zum Strand(15min per Auto - oder guter Lauf). Schlafräume und Wohnbereich großzügig und gemütlich.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit grossen Garten

Es war eine schöne Woche an der Ostsee.Das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus mit einem riesen Garten und schöner Terasse, war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Sehr nette Vermieterin per Telefon. Vom Haus aus kann man herrliche Ausflüge an die Küstenorte machen, wir sind immer mit dem Fahrrad gefahren, Wenn wir wieder mal an die Ostsee reisen dann dort hin, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. LG

Der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in der tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Zusammen mit unseren beiden Kleinkindern konnten wir das Haus und den Garten sehr genießen. Uns hat neben der beschaulichen Lage besonders die Nähe zum Meer (ideal mit einer kleinen Fahrradtour zu erreichen) sowie die Möglichkeiten für Tagesausflüge nach Hamburg und Lübeck besonders gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr charmant eingerichtet und bei der Ausstattung der Küche wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Danke dafür.
