Close to the coast Heavenly calm Farsightedness

The historic station building was built around 1900 and is absolutely unique in the area. The rooms are very spacious and have a pleasant room climate. The apartment is designed for connoisseurs and lovers of peace with a unique view of the landscape.

Among the owners was a naval officer whose legacy is the real submarine door on the terrace. There is an anchor in the front yard, which he had recovered himself during a dive.
Furthermore, a writer lived in the house, whose legacy is the numerous books, under which you can browse freely for the duration of your vacation.

Our house is located in fishing, the hilly landscape of Schleswig-Holstein, in a place with few houses, which are also so far away from each other that you cannot see the next houses directly.
The loop is located 3 km from the house, a few minutes by car or ten by bike, the area is wet with bike paths.
The sea is also only 20 km away.
Or you can start walking and enjoy the expanse, the view of the typical country houses and courtyards of Angel, the captivating yellow rapeseed fields in May or the endless starry sky at night.

ruhige Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im 1.Obergeschoss. Der Rest des Hauses ist unbewohnt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, zwischen Feldern gelegen. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist renoviert und der Altbau mit seinen hohen Decken durchaus wohnlich. Leider mangelte es an einigen Stellen an der Sauberkeit.

Die Unterkunft stimmte mit dem Inserat nur hinsichtlich der Adresse überein: Statt des angebotenen Hauses handelte es sich um die obere Wohnung desselben. Die Ausstattung hatte mit der Beschreibung nichts gemein, war aber in Ordnung. Der Check-In lief etwas merkwürdig: Genannt wurden uns zwei verschiedene Uhrzeiten, die aber letztlich völlig irrelevant waren, da sich bei telefonischer Nachfrage nach Ablauf beider Check-In-Zeiten herausstellte, dass sowieso niemand zum Empfang auftauchen würde , weil der Schlüssel unter einem Blumentopf deponiert war. Das hätte man auch gleich mitteilen können, dann hätte man sich das bange Warten vor dem Objekt, das so gar nicht zur Beschreibung passte, erspart. Angesichts des Erholungswerts der Umgebung und der vorgefundenen Wohnung war unser Aufenthalt aber okay.

Gemütliches Landleben

Als Kleingruppe genossen wir ein Wochenende mit gemütlichem Landleben im Haus. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet, uns fehlte weder zum Kochen, noch Erholen nichts. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super freundlich, entspannt und schnell auf kurze Fragen. Die Übergabezeiten waren sehr flexibel (in vorheriger) Absprache ausgelegt und zuvorkommend. Die Umgebung ist nett, die Schlei zu Fuß erreichbar, Schleswig und Kappeln in unmittelbarer Autonähe mit enstprechender Abwechslung, Süderbrarup zum Einkaufen noch näher. Vielen Dank, wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Wirklich schönes Haus mit gut ausgebauter Wohnung. Liegt schön zwischen den Feldern und trotzdem sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Schlei zum Baden gut erreichbar. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene Unterkunft

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, groß, nett eingerichtet und herrlich ruhig. Mit dem Auto ist man aber schnell zentral und kann wunderbar einkaufen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief perfekt. Bei jeder Frage oder einem Anliegen haben wir sofort eine Rückmeldung bekommen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung im Nirgendwo

Saubere, schöne helle Wohnung einschließlich der Nutzung eines großen Grundstücks. Bis zum Strand sind es ein paar Kilometer, was für uns nicht schlimm war da wir so verschiedene Strände ausprobiert haben. Aber ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen.

nicht empfehlenswert: Unsauber und unfreundlich

Leider können wir keine gute Bewertung abgeben. Die Wohnung war in einem sehr ungepflegten Zustand, es roch muffig als wäre seit Wochen niemand mehr dort gewesen: Staub und tote Fliegen in den Ecken, überall tote Pflanzen auf den Fensterbänken, ungeputzte Fenster durch die man nicht mehr durchschauen konnte, Geschirrspüler defekt, Herd in einem ekelhaften Zustand (es lag sogar noch ein Zettel der Vormieter drin, auf dem Stand "Wir haben den Herd schon so vorgefunden"), schmutziges Besteck im Kasten etc. Auch die Gartenmöbel waren voller Vogeldreck und Spinnenweben und wir mussten sie vor Benutzung erst mühsam putzen. Wir schrieben eine Mail an die Vermieterin bzgl. des Zustandes und baten um die Erstattung der Reinigungspauschale. Wir bekamen als Antwort eine unfreundliche Rückmeldung, dass die Wohnung nicht schmutzig wäre und wir ja schließlich für die tolle Lage zahlen würden. Ich schickte ihr Fotos, aber danach erhielten wir eine noch unfreundlichere Antwort. Normalerweise würden wir keine so schlechte Bewertung abgeben, aber bei so einem Zustand und einer so unfreundlichen Vermietung bleibt uns wirklich nichts anderes übrig. Wir können die Wohnung auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen! PS: Auch wird hier in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt, dass direkt vor dem Haus Bahngleise entlangführen und mehrmals am Tag ein Zug am Haus vorbeifährt.

Eine rundum sorglos und wohlfühl Wohnung

Wir haben zu 6 ein Wochenende im Haus verbracht und hatte nichts zu beanstanden. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr großzügig, die Ausstattung umfänglich und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat sehr gut geklappt. Nach Möglichkeit buchen wir das Haus im nächsten Jahr wieder. Vielen Dank
