400 metres from the beach, in the heart of the marina of Lezardrieux, close to the shops, this beautiful house will offer you a relaxing stay for the whole family.

House of 105 m2 which dominates the marina. Fitted kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed and with a sink, one with a 140cm bed, one with two 90cm bunk beds, and one with two 80cm beds (possibility of making a 160cm double bed).
Terrace with dining table and barbecue, flowered garden, balcony overlooking the port, solarium with sun loungers and garden furniture.�PGJyPgIn the kitchen: coffee maker, ceramic hob, toaster, fridge-freezer, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, washing machine and dryer.
Possibility of supplying sheets, duvet covers and household linen (70 E).
Wifi, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, cleaning kit, Television.
Cleaning fee 100 E.
Georges Beach Brassens (in homage to the singer who had his house in front) is located 400m away, the beach of Lezardrieux 600m away. Access to all shops, restaurants and bars on foot.

Hormis un problème technique de chauffage à l'arrivée, logement très agréable, lumineux et décoré avec goût.
