Very nice bungalow with a nice seaview, newly renovated, ideally situated in a residential area very close to the city center and the beach.

Amenities: iron & ironing board, bed linen & towels, washing machine, cable tv, terrace, satellite tv, 2x air conditioning, garden, free wireless internet, spa pool, free cot in the apartment, no parties, private entrance, shower, toilet, double bed, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, cooking basics, double sofa, big screen tv.
The bungalow is at 850 meters from the beach and 1,5 kms from all the shops, restaurants, the golf, casino, the local weekly market and the marina.
Guarantee deposit of 1000 euros to be left upon arrival (given back the last day), cleaning fees of 80 euros to be paid upon arrival, and a tourist tax of 5% ot the global amount (with a maximum of 4 € per adult per night except for airbnb bookings which include them in the quote) to be paid at the booking).
