There, you will benefit from a large open garden and a south-facing terrace communicating with the living room, from where you can see the Pyrenees on a clear day. A few meters from the cottage, a magnificent windmill is waiting to be restored to working order. You are 7km from the Orme Blanc de Caraman swimming pond (restaurants, shops) and 20km from Revel-Lac-Saint-Ferréol (one of the most beautiful detours in France, remarkable market and artisans). Pets allowed. Ground floor: the entrance serves WC, laundry room and hallway leading to the kitchen, day rooms (living room with fireplace and dining room), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm each) and a bathroom. Attic floor. The staircase leads to a games room/office. Shower room with separate WC, large attic bedroom with 2 spaces: (1 single bed 90cm) and (1 double bed 160cm + 1 single bed 90cm). Attention village festival on the 1st weekend of August with fireworks on Sunday evening. Pets allowed. Baby equipment available: bed, chair, bath and changing table.
