Les Ecureuils - Cierp-Gaud
Independent cottage with enclosed garden for 6 people, close to all mountain activities. At the top of the village, near the wash house, this renovated former barn offers all modern comforts, a terrace with awning, and an enclosed garden. No overlooking neighbors. Relax in all seasons in this mountain village, an ideal place for a pleasant holiday with family or friends. Hiking, trout fishing, mountain activities, and cycling are all accessible directly from the cottage. The Pyrénées-Hô leisure and adventure park is 2 km away. Lake Géry (walking trails, open-air café) is 4 km away. The Fronsac base (rafting and canoeing) is 5 km away. Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges (one of the French's favorite villages), Bagnères-de-Luchon (skiing, thermal baths, cinema, paragliding, gliding, bike rentals, horseback riding, golf), the Mourtis ski resort, and Spain are all within 15 km. Village Festival: 3 days starting July 14th. MARIGNAC train station 3km away. Ground floor: entrance, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, ski and mountain bike storage. First floor: living room with kitchenette and lounge area opening onto a terrace, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140cm), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC. Second floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160cm) (2 single beds 90cm), washroom. Bike and fishing welcome. Table and garden chairs (6), deck chairs (4) and sun loungers (2). Gas central heating. Parking nearby (on the street 20m away). Doctor, pharmacy, dentist, supermarket and bakery. WITHOUT A CAR: Toulouse - Luchon train line, Cierp-Gaud Centre stop, 5-minute walk to the gîte (total journey time: 2 hours). Renovated former barn with enclosed garden and no overlooking neighbors, village and mountain views, spring water nearby
