In the middle of the Lauragais hillsides, in the sunflower fields, this old renovated farm offers you a peaceful stay surrounded by nature, 1km from the pretty hilltop village of Saint-Julia. Ideal for visiting Toulouse (48km), Carcassonne (60km) and Albi (67km), relaxing or having fun at the lake of Saint-Ferréol (12km), or discovering the bastide of Revel and its famous market (10km). On the ground floor: large living room with kitchenette, dining room and lounge, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140cm), shower room/WC, storeroom. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 120cm) (1 double bed 140cm), bathroom, separate toilet. Electric heating. Large unfenced garden, covered terrace, carport. Old renovated independent farmhouse in the middle of the Lauragais hillsides
