A magnificent garden in which you will find a beautiful swimming pool (accessible only from May to September) and lots of games for adults and children (trampoline, ping-pong table, football goal, basketball hoop, slackline, slide, swing).

Very comfortable house that can accommodate up to 12 people.
On the first floor, you will find a large day area of more than 70m² consisting of a dining area with a table that can accommodate up to 6 people (side tables are also available to add 6 additional people), a TV area by the fireplace and a living room around the pellet stove with large volumes with its cathedral ceiling.
You will also find the kitchen which opens directly onto the dining table. Finally, a 1st bedroom is located on the first floor in which there is a sofa bed.
You will also find a terrace with a table for outdoor dining as well as a solarium and a BBQ.

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (2 of which share a wooden balcony) and the games room in which there is a double bed on the mezzanine and a sofa bed. And finally the bathroom.

Each floor has a toilet.

Possibility to park up to 4 vehicles in front of the house.
