This rental has enough room for the family to spread out with 1900 sq/feet of comfortable living space.

Living Room: Relax on the comfortable couch furnished with a beautiful smart 4K 55" TV equipped with built-in Roku so you can ensure that you are caught on all of your favorite movies and TV shows.

Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, coffee station (coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar), full spice rack, knives, dishwasher, and all the appliances you will need to enjoy your vacation. Please note there is no access to the kitchen pantry. However, there are empty cabinets to store food!

Laundry Room: There is a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets available for your convenience.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king size bed w/ ensuite has an inviting, relaxing King-sized bed. For your convenience, there is also a large 55' 4K Roku TV for all your streaming needs. Please note there is also a queen sized air mattress in the closet for your use.
Bedroom 2: The second guest bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed with a 42' Smart TV.
Bedroom 3: The third guest bedroom has a double bunk bed to make sure everyone has a place to sleep with a 32' Smart TV.
Bedroom 4: The fourth guest bedroom has two comfortable queen-sized beds with a 32' Smart TV.

Bathrooms: Each bathroom has a full shower, is fully stocked with salon-grade shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Dark make-up washcloths are present for your convenience. The guest bathroom as a shower/tub combo.

WiFi: Very fast 1,000 Mbps High-Speed WiFi available throughout.

Backyard: Relax under the sun, or watch the kids run around the fenced large, open backyard. There is are large common areas throughout the neighborhood you are welcome to use!

Parking: There is plenty of parking available. Two cars may fit in the garage and there is also street parking available in front of the house.

We gathered as a family for a Celebration of Life. So nice to all be together with 4 bedrooms. Plenty of space in kitchen and living area. This house is in a nice neighborhood and a great location.

Adoption Trip

Bryce is a great host. We had stayed with him before so it was a top priority to stay with him when we went to the Boise area again. Both places we have stayed now have been set up perfectly, and have worked very well for our family to gather from different parts of the country. This time we came together for the adoption of our twin granddaughter and grandson. Having a place like this to call “Home” while we were there is extra special. I highly recommend staying with Bryce. He is very alert and attentive to the needs of his guests. You will not be disappointed.

We used this property during a seminar. The "Five Guys" were comfortable and all had their own space. Bryce was easy to communicate and work with. He quickly addressed the problem with the AC. Would recommend renting from Bryce again.

New construction, all new and beautiful

Beautiful new construction, so it was perfectly clean. Had all the “stuff” you need in the kitchen including kcup coffee maker and some coffee pods and even sugar and creamer to get you started. (Although in other vrbos there have been a few more pantry items left over from other guests! We needed cinnamon for something and didn’t have any. I just think this place is so new the guest leftovers have not really accumulated yet!). Great location near all the main shopping and close to freeway. Maybe only thing (that they can’t do anything about!) was its only got 1 bathroom (and 1 sink) for the 3 front bedrooms. The kids kept using the master when it was backed up and we were all trying to get out of the house at once! Had a great time, would return in a heartbeat!
