This recently remodeled large guest room sleeps 4. One queen-sized murphy bed, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and furnished balcony/patio. Complimentary washer/dryer available in the building with community BBQs nearby, beautiful grounds, and access to all the resort amenities.

Resort Guests enjoy: The Activity Center, Fitness center, community BBQ grills and an outdoor fire pit. An outdoor and indoor connected pool, hot tubs, and sauna/steam room. Complimentary shuttle to Lionshead and Vail Village.

Your villa will be assigned upon arrival. The pictures are generic and may not exactly represent your villa. Marriott staff will help you with your luggage if needed.

This is a family resort so excessive noise, illegal consumption of alcohol/drugs, and smoking are not allowed, and any violation is grounds for eviction without refund.

Guests will check-in at the lobby. Upon giving your credit card (with the name matching the name on the reservation) for refundable deposit and incidentals, you will receive your villa keys along with resort maps, weekly entertainment/activities schedule, and resort/local discount offerings. The front desk and concierge are extremely helpful for all your needs.

If you don't charge anything to your room, upon check out your bill should be $0.

* Guests will provide the name or names of the primary guests in the party who will be staying at the resort. Renter must be at least 21 years of age and be present at time of check-in. Re-renting, leasing, subletting, or transferring of this unit by the Renter to anyone else is not permitted. Renter will be entitled to use the resort’s amenities the same as if the Owner were using the unit (unless otherwise specified), and is expected to abide by all of the Resort’s policies while enjoying their stay.

* Security deposit policy: For the benefit of guests, and per Vrbo policy, the security deposit is neither collected at time of booking nor is a "hold" placed on the guest card at time of booking for the amount of the security deposit. Instead, should there be unforeseen damage or other non-coverable expenses during the guests' stay, Vrbo will contact the guest(s) for restitution.
