Holiday home for sole use. High above, nestled between village and forest edge is the holiday house Casa Nanda. Sunny and discreet with a fragrant herb garden and a vine pergola, the non-visible courtyard offers an impressive view of the historic village center as far as the Ligurian Apennines. Sunbathers will find there a sparkling garden shower which leaves no water wishes unfulfilled. An undisturbed place of recreation and experience. The sun warmed balcony also allows in winter an outdoor lunch.
Carefully considered and the house was renovated from the cellar to the roof according to biological criteria and is ready for our guests since 2015th Casa Nanda has 3 individually designed double rooms, 2 spacious bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and bidet. As well as a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living / dining room on the ground floor.

The perfect house

My husband and I stayed here for a week and a half. Touring the countryside and for houses. This home is the perfect home away from home. For quiet, views, etc. the house has everything you need and Susanna and Enrico are the perfect hosts.

Beautiful house, ideal location

This is a recently renovated, well equipped, comfortable and - above all - tasteful house, with a beautiful view over the vineyards near the outskirts of the village Mombaruzzo. The location of the village is ideal: 90 minutes’ drive to Milan and Torino, and 75 minutes to Genova. The village is about 10 km from Nizza, which is a very lively (especially on market days) small town where all shopping can be done. There is also a good swimming pool at less than 20 minutes’ drive. Mombaruzzo itself has two small groceries, some good restaurants and a self-service fuel station with good prices. The owners live next door and were very responsive to whatever request we had and were also extremely helpful with advice on sights, restaurants etc. in the surroundings. Highly recommended!

Geweldig, superfijn huis, erg sfeervol geweldige hosts die ons met raad en daad terzijde stonden. Het huis was werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien, dat zie je niet vaak in een vakantiehuis, genoeg servies en meer dan genoeg linnen en beddegoed. Maar met name de gastvrije Enrico en Susanne maken die verblijf uitmundend. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug om nog meer van de omgeving te verkennen en nog meer wijnboeren te bezoeken.

Wir hatten zwei warme und trockene Wochen in einem sehr schönen, stimmig und sensibel renovierten Haus mit einem fantastischen Ausblick und völliger Ungestörtheit im Piemont. Susanna und Enrico sind freundliche und perfekte Gastgeber; wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gegend lässt sich sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad erkunden; es lohnt sich aber auch, mal mit dem Auto nach Ligurien zu fahren, wo man abseits des Trubels an der Küsten sehr schöne Wanderungen machen kann.

Se vi state chiedendo se la casa è veramente così bella come nelle foto la risposta è: no. È molto, molto meglio! Un angolo di paradiso, di pace, di bellezza. Adorabili i proprietari: gentilissimi e disponibili, ma sempre discreti. La casa è ristrutturata, arredata e rifornita con gusto ed efficienza; non vi mancherà niente. Una zona strategica per visitare sia, ovviamente, il Monferrato, ma anche Langhe, Roero, e le grandi città vicine (Torino, Genova). Non mancate di farvi consigliare dai proprietari su dove fare acquisti e cosa vedere! Insomma, sia che vogliate una vacanza relax da passare in giardino o una vacanza attiva per visitare i dintorni, questa casa fa sicuramente per voi! Grazie Susanna ed Enrico!

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans le Piémont. La maison est idéale. Très belle, parfaitement située, rénovée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Elle est également fonctionnelle et parfaitement équipée. Mombaruzzo est par ailleurs un superbe village avec toutes les commodités. C'est un point de départ idéal pour les visites de la région qui ne manque pas d'attraits, région qui est restée authentique et n'est pas envahie de touristes. Susanna et Enrico sont des hôtes parfaits, disponible et sympathiques. Nous recommandons vivement.

wunderschön renoviertes Haus mit Traumblick!

Eine Oase zum entspannen. Nach einer einwöchigen Wanderung im Mairatal haben wir die piemontesische Lebensart mit Wein, fantastischem Essen und Kultur in vollen Zügen genossen. Viele lohnenswerte Ziele liegen in der nahen Umgebung und am schönsten war es immer wieder in "unser" Haus zurückzukehren. Die Ausstattung und der uneinsehbare Hof mit herrlicher Kulisse sind perfekt. Ebenso wie die supernetten Gastgeber die uns mit ihrem Wein, Selbstgebranntem und Kunsthandwerk begeistert haben. Danke Euch für diesen tollen Aufenthalt.

Ein Traumhaus!

Das Casa Nanda ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen: viel Ruhe, eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die piemontesischen Hügel und auch anfangs Frühling genug Sonne und Wärme, um alle drei Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse geniessen zu können. Unser Highlight war der grosse Platz vor dem Haus, den man (wie auch das Haus) vollständig und gänzlich ungestört zur eigenen Verfügung hat. Ein perfekter Spielplatz auch für unsere beiden kleinen Buben, die das Haus ebenso genossen haben wie wir. Herzlichen Dank auch an Enrico und Susanna für die Hilfsbereitschaft und die stets unkomplizierte Kommunikation!

4 Jahreszeiten in der Casa Nanda

Herbstnebel schleichen um die Hügel des Monferrato. Es regnet in Strömen.....nichts mit der versprochenen Fernsicht. Doch nun wird´s so richtig gemütlich in der Casa Nanda: Das Kaminfeuer flackert, ein Glas Barbera, ein spannendes Buch.......Pläne schmieden für den nächsten Tag! Das Haus ist nicht nur stilvoll renoviert, es ist auch sehr wirkungsvoll isoliert.........und Enrico heizt auf Wunsch auch ein und gibt wertvolle Tipps! Wie herrlich, wenn dann am nächsten Tag die Landschaft im goldenen Licht erstrahlt.........Nein, in der die Casa Nanda gibt es kein schlechtes Wetter!

Die Definition eines perfekten Urlaubes

Nach einer Odyssee der Suche im Internet auf diversen Ferienhaussuchmaschinen sind wir auf dieses tolle Haus gestoßen. Aber die Bilder können nur sehr bedingt einen Eindruck vermitteln. Denn dieses Haus ist absolut perfekt gelegen und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail aufwendig restauriert! Unser Anspruch mit unserer Familie für uns zu sein wurde vollends erfüllt. Enrico und Susanne waren tolle Gastgeber. Durch sie wurde der Aufenthalt zu einem ganz besonderen Erlebnis. Alle Einkaufs- und Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten sind in einem Ordner akribisch dokumentiert. Den Reiseführer mussten wir kein einziges Mal zur Hand nehmen. Dadurch wurde es zu einem individuellen Urlaubserlebnis im wunderschönen Piemont. Von der Schönheit der Landschaft konnten wir uns jeden Morgen aufs neue mit dem unverbauten Blick in den ligurischen Appenin überzeugen! Besonders entspannend war der Umstand, das wir unsere Kinder auf dem eingefassten Grundstück immer im Blick hatten... . Wer also einen perfekten Urlaub mit Familie verbringen möchte sollte sich dieses tolle Haus nicht entgehen lassen!

Historisches Ambiente, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, grandioser Blick von der riesigen Terrasse aufs Weltkulturerbe, im Rücken ein Dorf mit dem weltbesten Metzger sowie allem Nötigen für den täglichen Bedarf - und ein piemontesisches Spezialitätenrestaurant auch noch; wer es aktiv mag: die schönsten Wander- und Radfahrwege gleich nebenan.

Superschönes Haus

Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Casa Nanda verbracht und hätten auch locker drei dort verbringen können. Neben Wanderungen in der Natur und Besuchen in den Städten der Umgebung (Acqui Terme!) lohnten sich auch die Großstädte Mailand und Turin. Das Haus und sein Innenhof sind in sich geschlossen und gehörten uns allein. Zusammen mit der Gartendusche an heißen Tagen perfekt! Der Blick ins Tal ist unbeschreiblich. Im Haus ist alles hochwertig und liebevoll top-renoviert. Die Küche ist auch für sechs Leute zum jeden Tag Kochen bestens geeignet. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Ein Bijou in den Hügeln des Piemonts

Die Casa Nanda ist nicht nur einfach ein Ferienhaus, sondern eine italienische Wohlfühloase. Die liebevolle Renovierung des Hauses im Stil der Region zeigt sich in allen Ecken. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und mit passendem Mobiliar eingerichtet. Im eigenen Garten mit Pergola und Kiesplatz haben wir gediegene Abende verbracht und die wundervolle Aussicht genossen. Die Lage am Rande des Dorfes, aber trotzdem nur ein paar Schritte von den Läden entfernt, war für uns zudem perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit immer wieder kommen!
