This property not far from the sea, has a large veranda terrace with views of nature, not overlooked, deckchairs for relaxation at the end of the day, private parking. this holiday home also has a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, large double-door fridge, 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower. Private entrance, soundproofing of rooms, choice of fan in each room, for a ceiling of 4.50m. Pharmacy, bakery and grocery store 150m away, 3 supermarkets 10 minutes away, before the town of Gosier, its islet accessible by swimming. The nearest airport is Pointe-à-Pitre Le Raizet Airport, 16 km from Bethanie.
On the other side, the Caravelle beach
8 minutes, just before the beautiful SteAnne beach. the Casino, and the Golf de StFrancois 20 minutes away.
