Jubilee Landing top floor end unit directly facing Ole River in Orange Beach, Alabama. This is a renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with views of Gulf and Ole River. Fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, flatscreen TVs. Enjoy a short walk to the beach or park at nearby public accesses. Condo has a beautiful, large pool, fishing from new dock with underwater fish attractors, fish cleaning station, outdoor grills and picnic facilities. Great restaurants and other local attractions nearby. Enjoy sunsets and direct view of Ole River and morning coffee or dinner on oversized patio with polywood style furniture.
Jubilee Landing has first-come-first-serve boat slips available. Jubilee Landing has a fee of $50 per night for a pass that is to be displayed in the boat for the duration of the stay. The boat must be 28 feet or less in length. Boat trailer cannot be parked at Jubilee Landing, buth there are places offsite where this can be done. Also required are copies of boat registration and boat insurance. These documents and a check made payable to Jubilee Landing will be needed 3 weeks prior to your stay to allow time to process request/pick up pass.
Jubilee Landing allows two vehicle passes per condo rental. Two passes are provided for your stay free of charge. Please do not park underneath the building as this is subject to towing.

Excellent property in the perfect location!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We couldn’t ask for anything better. It was in the perfect location. We can see the Gulf out the front door and the chairs perfectly positioned out front or the river on the large deck with table and chairs out back. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. The bathrooms were great and the washer and dryer were so helpful! Owners, thank you so much for the stay! We will be back asap!

Absolutely wonderful!

This is the cutest beach condo! All of the pictures are true to what is there. It’s clean and relaxing. The porch overlooking the marina is the most relaxing place to be. It’s also really close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely book it again.

Wedding Weekend

This condo was perfect! It’s in a great location and was very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck drinking coffee and watching the boats go by! We hope to stay here again.
